Connection client stuck at "Working..."

I have a computer with Bentley Connection client but no one can login. It is just stuck on "Working...".

I have tried reinstalling the program to latest version. I have also tried this command: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\Bentley.Connect.Client.exe" - noautosso

And I have tried deleting .db files in the user profile, but nothing works. Still just this message. Any idea of how to get this back on track? It has worked before on this computer.

  • We had an issue with the latest version 11.00.03, we realized the issue was an old version of Symantec giving an issue with Edge, STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_HASH was the error. The user was using Firefox so they didn't know there was an issue with Edge. If you are getting the "Working..." for too long, open up Edge and see if that is working properly. We updated SEM to version 14.3 and that fixed our issue.
