I have a computer with Bentley Connection client but no one can login. It is just stuck on "Working...".
I have tried reinstalling the program to latest version. I have also tried this command: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\Bentley.Connect.Client.exe" - noautosso
And I have tried deleting .db files in the user profile, but nothing works. Still just this message. Any idea of how to get this back on track? It has worked before on this computer.
I've been diligent about keeping up with updates on this. I have version 11.0.2.16 and mine is hung up on "Working..."as we speak. When you ask the question, "Are you sure there was not something else going on?", there's a heck of a lot going on on my computer every day that I turn it on. Can you be a little more specific, because I sure as heck would love to resolve this issue without having to revert back to a previous version of Connection Client. And I manage all of the installations within my company. Users are starting to become agitated.
From everything we see in the code and the work we did with Microsoft, that is not possible. Are you sure there was not something else going on?
I am having the same issue with version 11.00.01.109.
I managed to resolve the issue by uninstalling that version, and installing version 10.00.12.006.
Thanks, old version .01.109 worked.... .02.019 (Hung up forever).
Take a look at the inserted image, it is the .109 version. (look at the lower left corner)
