 I have tried restarting the program, restarting the computer. If it is going to help I can reinstall the software. &lt;p&gt;This problem has been discussed on another Communities thread and updates to the issue have been posted on our Services Status page,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://status.bentley.com/"&gt;https://status.bentley.com/&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I would suggest going to this page first in the future if there is an issue with any application that requires a web connection.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In regards to this issue, there was a Microsoft patch that was sent out over the last few days for their MS Edge application.&amp;nbsp; This caused an issue with the CONNECTION Client where users are unable to sign in.&amp;nbsp; This has been a priority issue with Microsoft and as of this morning, they have identified the issue and are working on a fix.&amp;nbsp; This issue affects CC versions 11.00.02.16 and .18.&amp;nbsp; If you go to the software downloads center or the Bentley store you can download and install the 11.00.01.109 version.&amp;nbsp; We are also creating a new version of the CC to work around the issue in case Microsoft can&amp;#39;t push out an update to the Edge patch.&amp;nbsp; We hope this will be available in a couple days.&amp;nbsp; For future updates, please see the status page.&lt;/p&gt;
