Kindly be informed that for the last three days my connection client web/window, is frozen and only shows working (see attached Figure).I am unavailable to log in and use the Plaxis2D/3D programs online.

This was discussed in another post if you want all the details, but the short answer is that there was a patch pushed out by Microsoft for Edge and it caused an issue with the CONNECTION Client. We worked with Microsoft to pinpoint the problem and we have created a new build of the CC to work around it. The new build is available for download. Any future updates on this issue will be posted on our status page. https://status.bentley.com/
