 Kindly be informed that for the last three days my connection client web/window, is frozen and only shows working (see attached Figure). I am unavailable to log in and use the Plaxis2D/3D programs online.

&lt;p&gt;This was discussed in another post if you want all the details, but the short answer is that there was a patch pushed out by Microsoft for Edge and it caused an issue with the CONNECTION Client.&amp;nbsp; We worked with Microsoft to pinpoint the problem and we have created a new build of the CC to work around it.&amp;nbsp; The new build is available for download.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:inherit;"&gt;Any future updates on this issue will be posted on our status page.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a style="font-family:inherit;" href="https://status.bentley.com/"&gt;https://status.bentley.com/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
