Can't sign into COnnect client.
Hi Greg, I have moved your post to the Licensing, Cloud and Web Services Forum where someone should be able to assist you.
In the meantime, can you confirm what version of the CONNECTION Client you're using? If you have not done so already, I recommend updating to version 11.00.02.20 which resolves a recent issue related to a Windows update.
Also, are other users having the same problem? Is it possible that a firewall or security software is blocking the CONNECTION Client? See "Which domains does the CONNECTION Client access?" in this FAQ article.

we are using 11.00.01.88. I checked firewall, it doesn't appears to be blocked.
I do want to note that we have it installed on Windows 7 machine, will this be a problem?
Hi Greg, it's good that you mentioned this. I do believe that Windows 7 may be the problem, as it is not supported with the 11.X versions. See: CONNECTION Client Fails to Sign In - Windows 7 machine
It is also not supported by Microsoft itself, which could be a security risk for you.
