CONNECTION client service - When will use FIPS compliant encryption?

Bentley MicroStation uses CONNECTION Client services to encrypt and send usage logs to Bentley servers.

This process fails on our test systems, which require encryption algorithms to satisfy FIPS encryption standards.

License logs (BeLicSvc) logs show this:

System.InvalidOperationException: This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms.

Even though at the present time, Microsoft do not recommend turning on FIPS, the FIPS algorithms are currently mandated by security-sensitive sites, and at some time in the near future Microsoft are likely to decide that FIPS will be 'recommended', after which time software that hasn't anticipated this security constraint will break.

My question:

In what version of CONNECTION Client (and other Bentley products) will Bentley be able to guarantee full operation on FIPS compliant systems?
