&lt;p&gt;Also to note -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;User was having Connection client version 11.00.03.40 and we downgraded to version 11.00.2.20 and ran health check and it passed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

As a troubleshooting step, please upgrade CONNECTION Client to the &lt;a href="https://store.bentley.com/en/products/iware/1000CC--CONNECTION-client"&gt;latest version&lt;/a&gt; since this will reinstall the Bentley Licensing Service. Then open CONNECTION Client, and select &amp;quot;Health Check&amp;quot; from the drop-down menu in the upper left.
