My EVD reporting page https://reporting.bentley.com/evd shows negative number for my eligible version discount. I looked at the the Select Server Usage page https://reporting.bentley.com/report/selectserverusage , and it shows zero percent usage (which is correct).
I'm pretty sure that the issue here is a bad assumption. We are still mostly using Microstation V8i(SS3), and PowerDraft V8i(SS3), due to the continued daily defects in Microstation CE, and due to the defects that were introduced into Microstation V8i(SS4) that forced us to downgrade back to SS3. (I have assumed that those defects are still in SS10, partially because the support team was unwilling to log defect reports for SS4--It was the absolutely final version of V8i that would ever be released.) The bad assumption is that our SS3 is using the SelectServer, and causing a hit against our version discount. We are using the released version of the Connect Licensing Adapter, so we are using Connect licensing for the older products, and are not subject to the SelectServer usage fee.
This error also had caused an error on our renewal bill. That took multiple months to get fixed. How can we get the EVD reporting page to show the proper discount?

The account manager is responsible for the billing. I talked to her, and we got things straightened up for this year.
The purpose of this inquiry is the Bentley system is report an incorrect version discount. The account manager is not responsible for this, nor does she have anything to do with it. How do we get the system fixed?
