Hi, Since Wednesday I have been trying to log into Bentley's CC in order to use the Maxsurf software, however I came across the following problem:

The logs provided do not show any diagnostic data beyond Mary 14, 2021. Consequently, we cannot see what is causing the error in your screenshot, assuming it was captured recently. Please gather diagnostic logs again, and securely submit them using our Secure File Upload page. If submitting via the Secure File Upload page, please post the name of the file in this thread so that a support analyst such as myself can retrieve it on our end. I have also created a service request and will contact you privately via email in case you would prefer to troubleshoot that way.
Hi, thanks for the help and sorry for the delay. As requested, I reopened the CC, I still have the error, and got the diagnostic log again. The file was uploaded with this URL and with the name of Bentley log, I also left my email for contact.
I uploaded in the Secure File Upload Page.
I am currently experiencing an access issue retrieving the submitted logs on my end, unfortunately. I will send you an email from support@bentley.com requesting the logs as a workaround.
