Bentley CONNECTION Client - Failed to connect

Hi, Since Wednesday I have been trying to log into Bentley's CC in order to use the Maxsurf software, however I came across the following problem:

clicking on the link didn't help me, so I thought about going to the support forum and I didn't find much

I will attach the bentley log to expedite the service.

  • I examined the logs you submitted, but no diagnostic data beyond May 14th could be found in the logs of interest. Please perform the following steps

    1. Right-click on the Windows Start menu, and select Run from the contextual menu.
    2. Execute the following command in the window that appears (including quotes):
      "%LocalAppData%\Bentley\Logs"
    3. Note whether the Bentley.Connect.Client.exe.log file has been modified since May 14, 2021.
    4. If the file has been modified within the last few days, please submit it using the previously provided upload link.
