I am the current license administrator of Staad Pro Advanced being used by my office. The license should be given to my Chief of Office instead of me, what is the process for transfer?

Do you wish to transfer the license to a new user or transfer admin rights to a new user?There are no different steps to transfer the license, you can uninstall the product from the previous machine. Log out of CONNECTION Client and make sure in entitlement management if the checked out(Reserved) if yes then check-in (Release) the license.Once this is done, the new user can install the product and CONNECTION Client and once the user is logged in they should be able to use the product.If you wish to transfer the administrator role the follow steps suggested in https://communities.bentley.com/communities/other_communities/licensing_cloud_and_web_services/w/wiki/50714/managing-roles and assign the required permissions.
