microstation opens, shows no errors, and closes in a few seconds.
sometimes error is displayed:
if we log in with a different user, under the same configuration, the program works correctly.
We have followed all the procedures obtained via web and as a response to the service request, and none has worked.

I am having a similar problem. However this happens when opening microstation through projectwise. What password is incorrect?
Josh, I recommend you deal with the incident by opening an SR in bentley's support group. There is a great team that will solve your problems.The error you comment on, sounds different from the one I experienced a few days ago, so the solution, I don't think it's applicable. The password you referenced is the user password that the engineer uses to log in to the Connection Client.I suggest you open SR and an additional thread in Communities.
