I keep having this error everytime I update to version 11 of CONNECTION Client (al versions are the same, currently using 11.03.25). I usually use version 10 and works fine, but when other software needs to be updated, automatically updates CONNECTION Client. Also, RAM CONNECTION doesn't work with version previous than 11.
If I update to use RAM CONNECTION, I cannot use Staad.Pro, if I use Staad.Pro I cannot use RAM CONNECTION.
Can you please provide a working CONNECTION Client version?
Hi every one, let me summarize the history of this error as happened to me, maybe a hint of the solution arise:
I am sorry this is still not working. We consulted with Microsoft on this so this should be the answer. I would file a Service Request with Technical support so that they can look into this further for you.
So, to keep updated.
I pushed back the last update of Staad, SFA, Ram connections, CONNECTION Client, etc, because of this problem.
Finally I updated, worked OK for like a week (as usual) and then today I got this again:
So again I ask, is there a working solution?
Have you tried restarting your computer? There was a security certificate error that is fixed by a restart.

Thanks but, as I have had this problem for like a year, I already have restarted, turned off, reinstalled, updated and upgraded everything I know of.

I would repeat Glenn's comment--to get this fixed, you should file a Service Request. If you already have one, you should request a status update.
