I keep having this error everytime I update to version 11 of CONNECTION Client (al versions are the same, currently using 11.03.25). I usually use version 10 and works fine, but when other software needs to be updated, automatically updates CONNECTION Client. Also, RAM CONNECTION doesn't work with version previous than 11.
If I update to use RAM CONNECTION, I cannot use Staad.Pro, if I use Staad.Pro I cannot use RAM CONNECTION.
Can you please provide a working CONNECTION Client version?
I am sorry this is still not working. We consulted with Microsoft on this so this should be the answer. I would file a Service Request with Technical support so that they can look into this further for you.

Hi - I understand the symptoms you are seeing, it is the same as a couple others are seeing. As I updated in the technical document above, you need to uninstall x86 Edge Chromium and install x64 Edge Chromium. We worked with Microsoft directly on this at their application is causing the issue with our application. I suspect they will make a fix on their end but this is the solution at this time. Please review the article again.

I'm sorry, I'm structural engineer, I don't anything about IT, software, firewall or whatever, so seems weird to me is that anytime I install the new version of CONNECTION client (version 11) it always works fine for one week, before showing this error. I don't know if this is a clue of what is really happening but I would think that is something about firewall. I mean, if something is blocked by firewall, and I reinstalled it, isn't it suppose to block it again? why would the firewall allow access for another week?
