I have been trying to create a new service request for Bentley HAMMER but can't find the product when I search for it. I may have chosen the wrong option one or two few steps earlier but can't undo and locate the product (HAMMER) anymore. All I see is the following list of products

Hello Abhishek, that did not work, still getting no matches. There was a question in the last step before, can't remember exactly the question but it was something along the lines of "Product hosted by Bentley?" and a Yes/No type answer, it may have something to do with that.

Sorry, still can't get HAMMER listed when I search for it in the Product field?
Sukru can you provide a screenshot of the entire page showing the other options/selections? It appears that you might be stuck on the MANAGEServices subset of products. In the meantime, you could consider posting on the OpenFlows Forum (though there are certainly cases where you may prefer to submit a Service Request).
