Hi,
I have set up an account as we use Keynetix Holebase, however none of the buttons in the my Services section work. When clicked I receive an error stating 'Access Denied - non select'
We have a single network license for Holebase and are trying to download a copy of the template studio to edit some of our log templates.
Also when trying to log a service request I get the following error, I am assuming that is because we don't currently have a 'Bentley onsite administrator'
Hope you can help, at the moment the connect Center seems to have very limited functionality.

I'm unable to locate you in our system and based on the screenshots, I believe you signed in to the CONNECT Center using an email, which is not associated to the account. Please make sure to sign in as a user registered on the account.
