New User on different company branch

I work in a multinational corporation where all countries have the same "@ companyname.com" email address ending. I am the first user of Bentley product in my country and when I registered and created an account, I landed on another country administrator presumably because is the same email ending address. Now my local Administrator cannot add me to the local group because the account is already created (and with the other country company). And I cannot delete my account. Hope it's clear. What is the best solution to be removed from the other country account and be added to my own country /company admiinnstrator?
