I can connect real time application usage from subscription analytics until last week, but this week I cannot connect this page. Please let me know how to solve and I donot wanna repeat same errors.

We have been experiencing issues with our Identity Management System (IMS) and this was affecting licensing of applications, and access to some Bentley services - including the reporting site with real-time application usage - our apologies for the inconvenience!
Now, the IMS service is restored to full functionality - please sign out of the web browser (if you are signed in), sign in again and try to access the page again.
