I have tried to submit a service request but keep getting told there is a connection issue and I need to re-log in. I have done that many times and have switched browsers. Is any user allowed to submit service requests?
Believe you need to have a maintenance contract (Select) with Bentley to open a Service Request

We currently have the Select agreement with 16 seats. When I go on https://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ and click technical support, I keep getting redirected to log in again.
Yea, this happens from time to time. Something wrong with your account. Might be quickest to give them a call. Bentley is not the stellar software company they once were.
