I don't get notification for new updates from Bentley. Is there any issues how I get notified?
I am using Bentley services from many days ago, But always get notification from Bentley. Can you fix this if there is any thing wrong. Or if this is okay for me now also confirm me.

CONNECTION Client provides this functionality for installed products licensed via Subscription Entitlement Service licensing.
If you are logged in to Connection Client, you should see them under 'Updates' section.

In the Connection Client, you can also check the preferences for updates. Make sure that it is set to check for updates.

This message may be related to whether your company has allowed permissions to download and update your software. You might like to get your Site Administrator to check the permissions on your account.
