Hi,
I keep having this error of CONNECTION Client (all versions 11 are the same but currently using 11.04.15).
As I cannot log in, I cannot use any software included in my paid license.
Can you please provide a working CONNECTION Client version?
Hi Saul,
The following article in Wiki (knowledgebase) has a few possible solutions to this problem: CONNECTION Client says "Working"

Did it half a year ago, did not work.
Try compressing the logs into a ZIP file and upload using the Secure File Upload method described here.

Just a bit of information describing what you observed when following the steps - any details that might help us troubleshoot.
Thanks.
Following your link this is what I get:
That could be a clue as to why the CONNECTION Client is not working. It could be that the same problem preventing the secure file upload from displaying is what is also preventing the CONNECTION Client from rendering.
Try accessing this URL directly (this is the page that is supposed to appear imbedded in the page, where it shows the gray area with frown face): https://bentley.sharefile.com/remote/150631bc-bfd6-4310-b56d-dce5b9e4c7a2
Oh I see, interesting. I cannot access either. I get this:
I suspect there is some security software interfering with both the upload page as well as the CONNECTION Client. You may need to consult with your IT/Helpdesk. See also the "UPDATE: 28 October 2021" note in the original article I provided.
Yes, I'm checking about

but I cannot find the policies for Edge, so this is turning very much complicated for me. But at this point I have at least a lead to follow. Thanks a lot for your help.
Our company recently installed ZScaler on all of our workstations, we ran into similar errors as yours, several Bentley sites were blocked and had to be white listed. Sometimes the block is at the network level so you must consult your network engineer.
Thanks a lot for your input. My IT team already check firewall and anti-virus, but some organizations handle very different kinds of limits, locks and other security measures for worldwide operation. Now we have to check one by one if any of those is blocking the new CONNECTION Client protocol and, if possible, to disable it. If not possible, maybe I have to look for other design software.
So, yes, now we are on network checking. Thanks again.
