I am a student, who is facing some issues with downloading Revit ISM Plug-in from Bentley Systems as the link in the website seems to direct me to the home page instead of the actual software download site. I tried to access through Software Downloads from User Page, but it seems that I am unauthorised to view this page. May I know what is the problem?

It means that you don't have rights to download and you need to contact your current Account Admin. How you can find you admin? Do this to see if it helps:
Open Windows Defender Security CenterClick Virus & threat protectionClick Virus & threat protection settings
Scroll down to Controlled folder accessToggle it off
Also in Windows Defender Security Center
Open App & browser controlSet 'Check apps & files' to off
Try downloading apps again.
