I have the MSTower installed on my laptop, however, I am not able to launch the program.

Are you using CONNECT Edition version ? If yes, make sure user is logged in to the CONNECTION Client. Their email is also reflecting in Bentley licensing tool in top left corner.If user is already logged in them please confirm the product status in Bentley licensing tool

I am using CONNECT Edition of MS and am not able to launch the program. I downloaded an update earlier today and can no longer access MS. I have tried restarting the computer a few times, tried opening MS files, and just the program. It looks like it is going to start up but then disappears. I am logged into CONNECTION Client (Version 11.00.04.15) but cannot get MS to open.
I will need more details and logs to investigate this issue. I request you to raise the service request and share the number with me.
