We keep getting the following error in projectwise when trying to login to a clients Projectwise database.
I followed the instructions here and activated the product with our selectserver key. Still getting this error.
When I go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\ProjectWise\bin and the LicenseTool, it shows the license to be expired (for screenshot below using a different machine and on this one says the trail will expire in 7 days)
I have clicked activate several times but the status does not change. Using Projectwise Explorer Version 10.00.03.299.
Would appreciate assistance regarding this matter.

Yes as mentioned in my original poat, I tried these steps and it is not solving my problem. It says license has expired.
Are you able to verify your server name and activation key in the license management tool? Can you see the licenses in the checkout license tab of the license management tool?
When I verify the project wise license as shown in the screen shot in my original post, it says "expired"
Also, when I hover over projectwise i get the below message:
The server succeeded but doesn't have a license for this product
