I am unable to open connection client on my computer. There is no longer a pop-up for signing in nor does connection client open when I click on the app from start menu. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall both connection client and OpenFlows/ Water CAD. any ideas why connection client won't start up?

Try the following troubleshooting steps;
1] Go to the Windows Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Delete -> Task Manager) and right-click "End Task" on the following:
"Bentley.Connect.Client for Windows" (under "Apps")"Bentley.Licensing.Service for Windows" (scroll down, it's under "Background processes")
2] Try to open the CONNECTION Client.
