Hello! We just had an hardware refresh and we would like to transfer Microstation 8 (I know is a very old version...) on the new machines (we use it only to open some old projects). I already searched in the forum/wiki and I found out that I should use the licensetool.exe to export the license file but I don't find that executable in the software directory and I can not find a link from where download it.
The correct build of Microstation is: 8.05.02.35
P.S.
We don't have a license server, licences are on every workstations.

For Microstation V8 licensing you need have gateway installed and point the license file to the gateway machine.
