I have multiple users unable to work but no update from Bentley what's going on when it'll be up who's dealing with it, if it's being taken care of? Paying 10's of thousands of dollars a year for support i would expect a very transparent up front explanation or update even if just to provide feed back that it's being looked at. Maybe this isn't the place to look for that information? If it isn't where is because the entire community section of this website has some how gotten worse every year for the past 10 years.
as usual Bentley does a terrible job of providing information on a worldwide outage that leaves everyone scrambling to provide answers to the user base.
I would suggest signing up for our status page to receive notifications. https://status.bentley.com/
You will get an alert sent to you whenever a status of any online service changes. There have been multiple posts about this issue.

I have done so since that became available, but that still does not give any details on workarounds, ETA, or root cause, these are questions executives want answers to.The status page also lost its details post for a period of time and only displayed and X next to those services.
