I'm trying to login to the connection client but instead this compatibility problem shown below flashes on the connection client and then it just goes blank as shown.
Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi Jacek,
I already have the latest version installed as well as the latest version of windows. The connection client worked a few weeks ago and I was able to use PLAXIS but it just suddenly stopped.

Try to upgrade CONNECTION Client on your machine - you can download the latest version from the Resources page.
When upgrading (installing) make sure to be signed in as a local Windows administrator account! - see this article.
