Synchro Pro 4d does not recognize Practitioner license assignment and says trial has expired
Hello Peter,
I see that Synchro 4D practitioner license is assigned to you. Please try the following troubleshooting steps;
1] Log out of CONNECTION Client
2] Close the Bentley License Tool (if open)
3] Go to the Windows Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Delete -> Task Manager) and right-click "End Task" on the following:
"Bentley.Connect.Client for Windows" (under "Apps")"Bentley.Licensing.Service for Windows" (scroll down, it's under "Background processes")
4] Open CONNECTION Client, sign in and launch the application and see if it works fine now.
