Upgrade to the latest version of Connection Client 11.00.05.44, If this does not resolve the issue, log out and log back in Connection Client. Also, refresh the policy file from the Bentley Licensing Tool -> Tools menu and “Send Logs Now” from Tools menu.
I have the same problem, too. I followed all the suggestions but still no results. I don't seem to be able to properly load anything either.

I'm having similar issues and it' closing Microstation after a few minutes. I have an unanswered urgent SR open on this.
