Went to add a new user to our company account. They had already setup an account with their email address. The account is not being recognized as the companies and software is shown as being in trial. How can this be resolved?

Please ask the administrator to follow these steps to add the user to the account to the account

Once correctly affliliated ask the user to sign out of connection client and sign back in again. Now open the licensing tool from the connection client menu and refresh policy.
