Cannot connect through Connection Client

I also saw the same Gateway Time-out message when attempting to log into our support account to report the problem.

I took a look at https://status.bentley.com/ but it doesn't show any outages. Unless the IMS certificate is still causing problems two days later?

It's Monday, and a lot of people are trying to sign in as we speak. I'd like to be able to tell them why they aren't going to be able to work.
