Not sure if this is the correct place for this question?
I trialled OpenCities Map Advanced a month ago & have now since purchased a licence through Connection Client. However when trying to run the product it keeps giving me this message. I can't contact an administrator as the link doesn't seem to work. Can someone help or point me in the right direction. Regards Peter

The email address I found and which is linked to your Communities profile is not registered. Please make sure to sign in to CONNECTION Client with your affiliated email address prior to starting the application, then, if the issue persists, perform the troubleshooting steps as described in this article: Activation Troubleshooting for SES-based Products

Thanks for your reply. My business email address has changed recently, so that could well be the problem. I'll let you know how I get on.
