hello, it is asking for the product to be activated even though it was purchased a while ago and i am able to log in but after 2 minutes its times out please can i have some guidance on this issue
What software are you currently using? Please check if there is any internet connection issue at your end.
You may want to upgrade to the latest version of Connection Client. Check if the update resolves the issue. If not, sign out and back into CONNECTION Client. Also, refresh the policy file from the Bentley Licensing Tool -> Tools menu and “Send Logs Now” from Tools menu.
If the issue persists, create a service request
