When I open RAM it tells me that an update for the CE v17.04.02 SES is now available. It tells me that I can update it in the CONNECTION Client under the tap "Updates" but nothing is there. I can't seem to update it anywhere else. I need help updating this as I need access to this system.

It appears CONNECTION Client displays program updates with a delay, but you can refresh the information from the Settings > Updates window:
