What is the workflow to simplify create/add users for Bentley Viewer/s in Bentley licens server?

Bentley View CE version is integrated with connection client, which means that named user account is required to be registered in license server.

Our IT unit creates an MSI package of Bentley View and Connection client, MSI packages can be quickly installed on many computers in many places, which saves on administrative costs.
But the IT unit cannot add users to the Bentley license server, this causes problems. What I am now looking for is a smart simple way to administrate the Bentley license server for:

1. Add users on the Bentley license server who only have access to Bentley View.
2. Automate the registration of Bentley View users as far as possible.
3. Have a workflow to add a Bentley View user.
4. Have a workflow to register multiple Bentley View users at once.
5. Have a workflow to delete a Bentley View user.
6. Have a workflow to delete multiple Bentley View users at once.
