When I run the 'Connect license Client Health Check' the following errors are identified:
Any suggestions for how to resolve? This is preventing use of this license.

What is the error you're getting on the CONNECTION client? Can you please share the screenshot for the same?
Firstly, thank you for your prompt message.
I am unable to connect and I receive a message instructing me to run a health check.
Is it possible that this issue is due to having a duplicate account/profile with the same personal information?
Can Bentley remove the old account/profile if it is this situation?
