Connection clien still keeps sending me this same alert every fifteen minutes and I cannot get it to stop.
I have tried clicking the link and "Mark all as read"Other alerts stop, but this is persistent. Please help!
Hello Doug,
Go to Settings in the CONNECTION client and uncheck the 'Show Desktop Notifications' in Preferences.
See if this clear the notification now.

I don't want to stop the alerts, I want to permanently clear this notification.
It seems you are using older version of the CONNECTION Client. I request you to uninstall it and install the latest version 11.0.5.50.
The latest version should resolve your issue.

If you dont have access to this link then you may contact your administrator and they can share installer with you.

I already had the most recent available CONNECTION Client, but uninstalled and reinstalled regardless. Alert persists.
Try signing in to connect.bentley.com, click on the bell icon at the top and mark it as read there. If that doesn't work, we'll need your logs to look in to.
