All,From couple mins ago. I am unable to login to connection client and no Bentley application are functional.A quick assistance is required as entire Bentley users are idle now

We are experiencing technical difficulties with buddi.bentley.com which has impacted CONNECTION Client login and IMS (Identity Management System). Bentley IT and Development are actively working on the issue and are aware of the impact to our users. Who do we contact about compensation due to you not providing the services as agreed. We have lost a mornings work for approx. 5-6 people which adds up to quite a bit. You are quick enough to charge us for licence over usage !!
