That is all nice but it doesn't help when no language is set there because user never did change it. Just do a bulk update and set default to English and remove invalid entries. Seems service portal synchronizes it from here and if it is not set then the whole portal interface is broken.
Oto Is there someone we can reach out to? The Developers are unable to reproduce as there is not a mandatory language field either in the support in-take forms or in the SN profile.
The one which had the issue I already helped to change the language. Will notice if any other pops-up.

Exactly. And if it is blank for any reasons then for languages which don't have translation for forms doesn't work.
