Hi all, I am using an educator account in Bentley connection client. I downloaded Staad.Pro software from Bentley education website and when I launched the software, I was greeted with an error stating that my trial period has expired. I have contacted my account administrator, he mentioned that my account was in order and he asked me to contact Bentley for help. I am seeking help urgently as I needed Staad.Pro for my coursework.

I have checked your account details and found no licenses for the Staad.Pro. Can you please check with your account admin if your institute has purchased any Staad.Pro licenses?
