My MicroStation CONNECT Edition will not open, I get a message that it has stopped working. Then I get a pop-up that reads, "MicroStation has detected a problem and logged it to C:\USER\Helton\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\MicroStation\10.0.0\exception.log Then it shutdown. I also look on the Bentley Licensing Tool and it says, "Disabled by Log Send Product is disabled due to usage logs not being sent.
You can try manually sending the logs
I had to do this once, long time ago (may have been v8i). I doubt this will fix your problem, but worth a try.
