One of my external participants are unable to reset that password and needs to contact a site administrator for assistance. How do they know who the site admin is?

Thank you! Now my question would be what steps does the account admin take to help the people they added get access when they get an error message saying "The system was unable to reset the password. Please contact a site administrator for assistance."This is a unique case - the external participant I added has left the company. They added others but didn't give them administive rights. In the past, if I deleted them as an external participant and then readded them, it caused a lot of problems with creating another project, plus I want them to be able to see the transmittals/submittals that have already been issued.
