After not using Bentley product: STAAD Pro for a few weeks, I found that I cannot sign in my Bentley connection client. I thought that maybe I forgot my password and request password reset. However, no matter how I tried, I cannot receive the security code for password reset. I opened a case on line but still nobody help resolve it for me. Right now, the Bentley connection client totally not working at all. Anyone has similar problem before?
