The inability to run the services is a bug in SELECT Server (sorry about that :-) ).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The easiest way to work around the issue is to.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;Click Start then Run&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Type CMD&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Type NET START &amp;quot;Bentley SELECT Server&amp;quot;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Advance your systems clock to Yesterday's date at 23:58&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Let the system run for about 10 -15 minutes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&amp;nbsp;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
This will cause the nightly processing to run at mid night like it normally does and transmit the logs as it typically would.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
Reset you servers time and the admin site should beging working as expected.
