There any way that I can gett access into Select Server application (living in the sever) from my PC, in order to check the licences status and get reports on it.

http://SERVER NAME/bss/admin/default.aspx
replace SERVER NAME with your server name. I have this on my desktop.

Chriss, If you are still not able to access your SELECTserver then I would suggest calling into technical support and logging a ticket for further detailed help.
I follow the Brian tip...but does not work for me...!!!
You mention there a chance to open a ticket on it....
