Unable to Reset Site Activation Key with SELECTServer 9

It appears that SELECTServer 9 no longer offers the ability to Reset a Site Activation Key. It does not look like the option is included in the HELP files or the new version of SELECTServer 9.

Can you confirm if this is accurate, and if so, will the option be added back to SELECTServer and how do we reset the Site Activation Key?

  • I apologize for the delayed response in addressing this forum post. It is correct that resetting the site activation key is not a feature available in SELECTserver 9. If you need to change the site activation key for a site, you will need to contact the licensing support team within Bentley's Technical Support Group by calling SELECT support or filing a service ticket online.

    Frank, I recall that you and I discussed this already several months ago, but I wanted to make sure there was an answer documented for this post in case anyone else had the same question.
