&lt;p&gt;During the last maintenance we upgraded the SSL certificate issued by DigiCert and could be the reason you are having some problems. You shouldn&amp;rsquo;t need to install the certificate unless you don&amp;rsquo;t trust the certificate authority, CA DigiCert. This CA is trusted by windows, if updates have been maintained on the server. Attached is the certificate, see if this helps.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Subsequently received the following from Bentley Technical Support&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;this is now an issue on Bentley side, the SSL certificate of Bentley server expired on July 18th (last Thursday). I have contacted the responsible team to fix it. When it is done I will email you ASAP, you should not need to change anything - when Bentley certificate is renewed it should just start working fine.&lt;/p&gt;
