I am attempting to upgrade Select Server to version 9. I installed according to the notes and when i tried to access the License Mangement Tool, i recived this error. Pelase see attchment. What is my next step to troubleshoot this issue?
So i started over with a fresh SQL install along with the Select Server Install. Now I'm stuck with a "Failed to retrieve a list of available licenses" Any suggestions?

The error message indicates that your deployed SELECTserver is being reached, but your site activation key is not recognized. Please ensure that no spaces have been appended to the end of your key. If no spaces are present, please verify that you are entering the site activation key, not the server activation key, in the Product Activation Wizard.

No, the server activation key is usually a 32-character hexadecimal string just like your site activation key, hence the reason why the two strings can sometimes be confused.
